Your exercise log
  Your exercise log allows you to easily track the calories you burn exercising...
  These 'burnt' calories are then deducted from the calories you have eaten to arrive at your ‘Net Calories’ for a particular day.
  1. First ensure you have the correct date selected by using either the date arrows or by selecting a date from the calendar.
  2. Then choose an activity from the drop down list.
  3. Finally enter the number of minutes you exercised.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 for all exercises done on the selected date.
