Creating & Logging Meals
  You can create and log meals on the 'create meals' page...
  1. To create a new meal, enter the name and click 'submit'.
     
    Add foods to your meal
  2. Select the meal from the drop-down list.
  3. Add food to your meal by searching the database, or choose one of your favourite foods or choose one of your manually entered food. Once a food is selected, click the 'add to meal' button to add to your meal.

    Log your meal
  4. Select when you ate the meal, the quantity and click 'Log it'.
