  Adding a food to your food log...
 
  1. First select the correct date by using either the date arrows or by selecting a date from the calendar.
  2. Then either select a serving size from the drop-down menu, or add your own serving size in grams (or ml for drinks).
  3. Enter the quantity (i.e. how many servings you want to add to your food log - enter a decimal like 0.5 or 0.25 if you only had part of a serving).
  4. Select when you ate the food (which meal during the day) and click 'Log it!'.
or click 'Add to Meals' to add this food to one of your meals instead.
